Coolblue review by Axel (English). Very disappointing: started leaking during the first ever cycle. Received code LC1 telling user to contact support, but the code is not in the huge manual and had to be looked up online. Would not advise Samsung washing machines.

Technician did not even visit because the model is known for this problem and cannot be repaired. Coolblue let her choose a replacement machine. Disappointed in Samsung but positive about Coolblue service.
