Incident: Starting in July 2026, my Samsung Galaxy S25 plus started overheating and gets extremely hot and I can not touch it or use it. It started doing this more frequently until Around August 10, 2026, I tried to call Verizon as they are who I got the phone from August 13th 2025. I had a hard time reaching them due to their chat not working and their AI on the phone would not connect me to a person.
