Horizon 7.8 AT bought November 2024 from Johnson Fitness completely stopped mid-use on June 30, 2026: console lights and start work but the motor never engages and the belt will not move, though the belt can be pushed by foot. Within the 2-year warranty, Horizon support asked troubleshooting questions then went silent for about 13 days despite follow-ups, leaving a $2,000+ treadmill unused for 16 days.
