NordicTrack/iFit X24 bike bought mid-January, professionally installed, ran about two months then broke in March needing warranty service. More than 40 days after contacting iFit around March 22, the bike remained unrepaired despite hours of calls; getting a technician and parts required constant owner chasing. Owner would not recommend iFit/NordicTrack.
