Reddit post by u/east_mid_west (r/pelotoncycle). Refurbished Peloton original bike arrived with a completely broken screen; service would ship a new screen in 1–2 weeks. After delivery left, pedaling caused a very loud banging sound making the bike unusable. Peloton said repair could take weeks and refused to take the refurbished unit back despite shipping it broken.
