The link below is for the upgraded fireplace.). Incident: What happened that made you want to report? My electric fireplace exploded. I reported the incident to the Amazon CEO, where I purchased it. That office could care less about the danger or the harm to me and my pets. What type of product(s) were being used? The fireplace was off. It had not been used in a few weeks. How were the product(s) being used? It was not in use at the time of the explosion. Were there any injuries that happened or may have happened while using the product? Glass in my face, feet, hands, forearms, hair. I sprained my wrists. The mantle fell off the wall and landed on me. It was painful and I bruised. I sprained my ankles I am still having pain and strugglilng to walk. Trauma to my pets. How did any injuries occur? I was covered with glass. My pets were covered with glass. When I tried to flee the explosion, and get my cats, I fell to the ground, twisting my ankles. I got glass in my feet, hands and forearms.
