A copy of this email will be sent to those parties, along with my recorded calls with your customer service. On December 2nd 2019, I reached out to Frigidaire to report a fire hazard with one of your Microwave units : Frigidaire Gallery Model # FGMV175QFA Serial # KG64111695 Earlier that day, my wife had loaded a bag of popcorn in the microwave, and after a few seconds, sparks started flying inside, and small yet violent fire started raging inside the microwave. Thank goodness we were standing right there, and we were able to put the fire out. I explained the situation to your customer service rep and they assured me that they�d have a �specialist� take a look. I made my request very clear, that my primary concern was NOT to have this unit repaired or replaced, my main concern was to have Frigidaire show interest in the safety of their products by conducting an investigation and identifying the root cause.
