Incident: #1 November 26, 2020 Hello Hamilton Beach, I had a dishwasher once but, she moved away and got married. I doubt that even she could find a way to keep your product clean. I purchased this blender, 51101RV, at my local Meijer store earlier this year. It has stood me well for the majority of the time I have had it. However, I am unable to find a way to separate the blade from the container unit and I refuse to use it while I can see mold inside the jar. Any ideas? No? I understand because this seems to be a flaw in the design. Will you please return to me the purchase price of the unit, including postage. I will be on my merry way to finding a different product. When I read his letter, I had a hard time understanding his motives; surely he did not get this directive from you.
