Instant Pot Pro Plus bought December 26, 2024 for $169.63 began throwing fatal C3 heating-element errors at about 10.5 months. Instant Pot support confirmed non-repairable replacement was needed, then repeatedly promised and rejected warranty replacement, claiming Amazon was unauthorized despite Sold by Amazon.com Services on the receipt. Owner pursued an Amazon return instead.
