Samsung S90F 55" purchased Dec 29 developed a horizontal flickering line across the screen by Feb 12 (~6 weeks). Outside Best Buy exchange window; directed to Samsung 1-year warranty. Samsung troubleshooting failed; scheduled technicians either never contacted the owner, could not service a 55", or were assigned outside the service area and missed the 48-hour contact window. Samsung insists on inspection before replacement/refund but no successful inspection occurred. Owner considering abandoning Samsung for LG.
