SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20230127-BD8E0-2147351126. Product: dash dec005tb. Incident: more times than not, when the chime sounds and go to take off the cover and grab the handle , I grab it from the wrong side where the hole that is emitting the scolding hot steam by accident and end up burning some part of my hand. This should be somewhere in the safety disclosure.
