SaferProducts.gov consumer incident report 20260815-69B46-2147312382. Severity: Incident, No Injury. Product: Apple Iphone 17 Pro (Iphone 17 Pro deep blue 256 GB). Incident: I have the Iphone 17 pro. I have been having issues with the battery swelling and back glass lifting. The first time I took it in was June 16,2026 to Apple Victoria Gardens. I noticed my phone kept getting really hot and my screen had green lines on it that were appearing and disappearing . So I went in and they inspected my phone. On August 5, 2026 I had to take it in again because my phone unexpectedly restarted and was not charging once it started back up. Again it felt really hot. I noticed the back was lifting as well again. So again they said they needed to keep my phone and inspect it. I left it there and they came back for it later on that day. They said the back was indeed lifting and had to be resealed because whoever worked on my phone did not seal it correctly at the Apple Pasadena location. I left and I thought that was it. Nope! On August 12, 2026 I am having the same issue again. The back glass is lifting once again. When I got to the Apple Victoria Gardens the lady told me there was a wait. I explained to her my situation and showed her my phone. She went in and spoke to her team lead and t
