The Sunroof spontaneously exploded, putting all occupants of the vehicle in danger of injury from the glass and/or collision as a result of the sunroof spontaneously exploding. As there have been several class action lawsuits filed against BMW over the past decade for similar issues, it is clear that the sunroof is defective in design, manufacturing, materials and/or workmanship. Furthermore, BMW has exhibited negligence as BMW has a knowledge of the defect in the sunroofs and never disclosed to owners or lessees that the defect exists or that drivers and occupants of the vehicles are at risk and that vehicles equipped with the sunroofs expose drivers and passengers to a risk of sudden explosion or shattering. This is a gross deviation from the duty of ordinary care owed to consumers.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

Government / agencyIndexed Oct 9, 2026Source-linkedVerify source — NHTSA complaint #11566434

My vehicle has experienced failure of the power control system 4 times. The issue first occurred at 9,905 miles 8 months after my new car purchase. The dealer has attempted repairs under BMW corporate guidance yet the same failure has occurred repeatedly. When the failure occurs a warning message instructs that you stop driving immediately. The failure can cause malfunction of power systems. In the most recent incident on January 9 the power steering began to fail. Given the inability to correct the problem and having to cease driving when the malfunction occurs I believe the vehicle is unsafe to drive. I contacted BMW North America after the most recent repair and they are unwilling to replace car. They offered me $1,500 loyalty credit despite the fact that the car has proven unsafe to drive

While driving, the vehicle displayed a 'Drivetrain malfunction' warning on the dashboard and began jerking. I safely pulled over and turned off the vehicle. Immediately after stopping, there was a distinct, strong electrical burning smell coming from the engine compartment. The vehicle was inspected by an authorized BMW dealership. The dealer diagnosed a catastrophic failure of the starter motor. The vehicle's computer logged fault codes 21611A (excessive counter-torque), 21A511 (Start system: Timeout), and 216119 (Line disconnection). These codes confirm the starter motor suffered a severe electrical overload and thermal event. This premature failure and fire hazard identically matches the safety risks outlined in BMW's recent massive starter motor recalls (such as NHTSA Recalls 25V-636 and 26V-056), but my specific vehicle is currently excluded from those recall campaigns. The starter requires complete replacement due to this overheating damage

TIRES

Government / agencyIndexed Oct 9, 2026Source-linkedVerify source — NHTSA complaint #11726969

The front Continental PremiumContact 6 tires, size 275/35ZR22, DOT [XXX] , developed abnormal and premature tread/shoulder failure. The condition included splitting, tearing, separation along the shoulder area, and exposed internal cords. I first raised concerns about the tire condition at about 20,000 miles. An alignment was performed at 20,142 miles, but the condition later worsened. One of the front tires deteriorated while the vehicle was being driven, creating a serious safety risk. The condition was documented with photographs and dashcam evidence. The vehicle was not safely drivable on the affected tire. The full set was later replaced based on BMW’s recommendation, at a cost of $2,358.75. A warranty/defect claim was submitted through the BMW / Dealer Tire / Continental process, but I did not receive a clear manufacturer-level inspection explanation or meaningful response. TIRES

1 months

Government / agencyIndexed Oct 9, 2026Source-linkedVerify source — NHTSA complaint #11488537

The Pirelli P-Zero tires that came factory equipped on my 2022 BMW X5 have experienced 3 separate sidewall failures in less than the first 20,000 miles on the vehicle. The tire sizes are staggered, 275/40r21front and 315/35r21 rear. The first instance occurred on 07/26/2022, traveling down the interstate, when both passenger side run flat tires blew out the sidewalls at approximately 15,000 miles. The sidewalls blew out to a point that the “run flat” functionality of the tire was compromised, requiring BMW to tow the vehicle to the nearest BMW dealership. At the time of the failure, a alert immediately appeared on the vehicles screen informing of the loss of tire pressure. The next incident occurred on 10/08/2022, at 19,900 miles, I was in my garage, showing my vehicle to a friend from out of town, when I noticed a large slit in the sidewall and a bulging section around the slit on my front driver’s side tire. The tire is currently still pressurized, but is not safe to continue operating.

FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE

Government / agencyIndexed Oct 9, 2026Source-linkedVerify source — NHTSA complaint #11538183

2022 BMW X5 Adaptive Cruise Control (a very expensive option) will not reliably stop or accelerate your BMW. It is dangerous and unsafe and should be eliminated until it will brake safely. I have a video that I was unable to upload. This system if left to stop your vehicle will crash a occupants into a stopped vehicle. Always brakes to late. Scares all occupants. Not safe to use in traffic, not safe on the highway, it’s not safe, period. How is BMW permitted to sell an advanced cruise control system, that is to safely stop and accelerate a bmw if it doesn’t? If it can’t stop a vehicle autonomously with a driver actively engaged, what distinguishes this from standard cruise control that requires a driver to be fully engaged. In 2022, and since 2000, this is not advanced cutting edge technology. DONT BY A BMW, THEY DONT CARE IF THEY ARE SELLING A DANGEROUS SYSTEM. I WOULD NOT USE THIS SYSTEM IF IT WAS FREE. Brakes have to work 100% of the time. Anything less when it comes to braking your vehicle is VERY DANGEROUS.

WHEELS

Government / agencyIndexed Oct 9, 2026Source-linkedVerify source — NHTSA complaint #11706977

I was driving the car on the middle lane on Northern State Parkway (Long Island, NY) West bound about 55mph. Near exit 26 suddenly my car was automatically moving towards to the right, steering wheel and brake were not working, car was completely out of control, it crossed the right lane and went out of the highway and suddenly stuck in the bushes and stopped. Luckily, there was no car on the right lane at that time. I did not hit anyone and no car hit me. Call automatically went to the police from my car. In short time police came and I came out of the car and found that left rear wheel broke from axel. I do regular service in BMW service center. This year I took to Rallye BMW service center one time in April and one time in August and I did complete servicing as their recommendation. My car is in Rallye BMW for over one and half month but I did not get any information from BMW what happened to my car. I called several times but from service center Mr. Anthony is telling that from BMW corporate one came yet to do inspection.

LANE DEPARTURE

32 months

Government / agencyIndexed Oct 9, 2026Source-linkedVerify source — NHTSA complaint #11696957

My lane keep assist shuts off every time I drive the vehicle. I reported this in February and was told it was just due to the weather (snow). I brought the vehicle back in a few weeks later to the same dealership and was told there’s something in the steering wheel that needs replaced and they needed to order it. They never called me back to tell me the part was in and did not reply to my inquiries. I took the car to a different dealership in August and again asked them to fix the lane assist. They again told me there was something called an agitator in the steering wheel and would need to see if they had any in stock or would order. After almost 3 weeks of being in the shop when I picked it up the assist shut off again 5 minutes down the road. I reported to BMW North America and did nothing about it. The GM from the original dealership emailed me to ask if I was satisfied with their service and reported the issues, no response. Nobody seems to be willing or able to fix this safety feature I have paid extra money to have.

On Dec 9, 2024 I was driving my 2022 BMW X5 45E on (in EV mode) local roads at approximately 30-35mph when all of a sudden I lost power and the steering wheel became tight. My instrument panels all showed a multitude of errors including: "Chassis stabilization", "Power Supply", "Reduced Power", "Transmssion Malfuction", and others I do not recall. I was fortunately able to turn into a parking lot slowly, but the steering was tight to the point I had to use 2 hands to make turn. There was also no throttle response. As soon as the car came to a stop, I powered it off and turned it on. The car's screens were blinking and the car would not turn on. I contacted BMW Roadside and the car was towed to the dealership at East Bay BMW in Pleasanton. As of today I am still waiting for a reply on the condition of the vehicle. Yesterday I was told that they will change out the battery first and see if this solves the problem. My biggest concern is that had this happened to me on the highway that I or someone would have gotten seriously injured or may result in death from an accident. I lost power to the car and the steering became stiff.

POWER TRAIN

48 months

Government / agencyIndexed Oct 9, 2026Source-linkedVerify source — NHTSA complaint #11755151

I own a 2022 BMW X5 xDrive45e that has developed a drivetrain shudder during slow-speed, tight turns while lightly accelerating, such as when maneuvering in parking lots or making U-turns. The vibration is consistently reproducible under these conditions and is felt through the vehicle during the turn. The vehicle otherwise drives normally at higher speeds. After researching the issue, I found that many other owners have reported substantially similar symptoms involving the transfer case on BMW xDrive vehicles. My independent BMW repair shop has recommended a transfer case fluid service as the first corrective action based on the known nature of this problem. I am having that service performed and will retain all repair documentation. I am submitting this complaint because this appears to be a recurring issue affecting multiple vehicles. If the condition worsens, it could lead to drivetrain binding during low-speed maneuvers and may affect safe vehicle operation. I request that NHTSA investigate whether this is a broader defect requiring manufacturer action. I will update this complaint if the repair does not resolve the condition or if additional diagnosis identifies an internal transfer case failure.

Government / agencyIndexed Oct 9, 2026Source-linkedVerify source — NHTSA complaint #11755843

The high-voltage battery system (this is a plug-in hybrid) began intermittently displaying a "battery not properly charging" warning approximately 6 months ago; the issue would resolve after plugging in and charging. On July 14, 2026, while driving, the vehicle displayed a "critical battery failure - pull over immediately and drive slowly" warning. The driver pulled over and shut off the vehicle; the warning cleared and the car appeared to drive normally afterward. This warning recurred several times over the following weeks under the same pattern. On August 6, 2026, the same critical battery failure warning appeared while driving; this time steering feel and drivetrain response were abnormal, and the air conditioning and several electronic features stopped working. Our safety, and the safety of other drivers on the road, was put at risk by the sudden loss of full vehicle control while in motion. The vehicle has been at an authorized BMW dealership for inspection since August 7, 2026; a full diagnosis is pending. Dealer service staff independently remarked that two other BMW X-series plug-in hybrids came in that same morning with the identical warning and symptoms, suggesting this may be a widespread component defect rather than an isolated issue.

1. What component/system failed, and is it available for inspection? The HVAC (heating/ventilation/air-conditioning) system — specifically the A/C evaporator and its condensate drainage — in my 2022 BMW X5 (G05). It emits a recurring musty/vinegar-like odor, consistent with microbial contamination on the evaporator. The system remains installed in the vehicle and is available for inspection upon request. 2. How was safety put at risk? The odor indicates mold/microbial growth in the cabin air supply, which is a respiratory air-quality concern for the driver and passengers . A strong odor on start-up is also a distraction that draws my attention away from driving . BMW's own bulletin attributes the odor to microbial contamination on the evaporator. 3. Reproduced/confirmed by a dealer or service center? I recently scheduled a service for next Wednesday. 4. Inspected by manufacturer, police, insurance, or others? Not yet escalated to BMW corporate (no PUMA/TSARA technical case opened). Not inspected by police or insurance. 5. Warning lamps/messages/symptoms, and when they first appeared? No warning lamp or dashboard message is associated with this condition [true — odor triggers no telltale]. The symptom is the odor itself: a musty/vinegar smell fro

I took my 2022 BMW X5 xDrive 45e for concerns of shuddering at low speeds and tight turns under warranty. No warning messages on dashboard. I asked specifically what was causing the shuddering. BMW of Raleigh would not respond. But they found that the Transfer Case was affected so they flushed the oil and put an oil mixture replacement in. According to the most recent BMW service bulletin, the technician is only to put in DTF oil. The technician not only put in DTF oil but also an over-the-counter non-approved chemical additive. Reading the service bulletin, the Transfer Case is supposed to have a lifetime warranty. We were charged over $500 for this "oil change", but it was under warranty. Transfer Case failures can result in accidents on highways and other roadways and complete mechanical failure of vehicle.. The oil change did not fix the Transfer Case issue but extended out the vehicle so that it now falls out of warranty. A TC replacement will cost $10,000 or more out of pocket. TC issues is a known BMW issue since 2018. Lawsuit has begun w/thousands of plaintiffs all over USA w/ 2019-2025 BMWs because they refuse to acknowledge that they are at fault even though they continue to put out bulletins for this exact issue. BMW has made sure that Transfer Case is not on any warranty they offer.

I was turning right into a parking space when the vehicle suddenly accelerated and did not stop when I removed my foot from the accelerator and tried to brake. The car continued to accelerate through a low cinder block wall and did not stop until it dropped 3-4 feet off the side of the parking lot into the sidewalk/street. Fortunately I was not hurt and there were no pedestrians or vehicles in the roadway, but my car was deemed a total loss. The collision warning didn’t come in, and airbags did not deploy. I reported the incident to BMW NAmerica, who sent an inspection team to the collision center. After 7 weeks I was told that the vehicle data recorder captured ‘an incident” but did not record any information to verify that I attempted to brake, or to otherwise provide details of the incident. I was told the inspection found no mechanical issues and the all weather floor mat (installed by the BMW dealer) was installed incorrectly and must have gotten stuck on the accelerator. Furthermore, I was told that although the mat was a BMW product, it was installed by the dealer so the manufacturer was not responsible. BMW offered me a small goodwill settlement provided I sign a non disclosure agreement, which I declined to do. I’m reporting this to ensure you have a record should you receive similar reports from others. I received no written communication from BMW detailing the safety investigation.

I am writing to you as a loyal BMW owner to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding a technical safety failure in my BMW X5 and the subsequent dismissive treatment I received at an authorized service center in New York. The Incident Recently, while reversing, the Driving Assistance and Parking Assistant systems failed without warning. As a result, the vehicle collided with an object, causing damage to the rear bumper. This was not a result of driver negligence, but a direct failure of the safety technology that I trusted to protect my family. Service Center Negligence Upon visiting the service center to address this life-threatening defect, I was met with unacceptable indifference. The service advisor flatly refused to investigate the system failure, stating they would only perform a standard NYC Inspection. I was given a follow-up appointment for May 5th—forcing me to wait weeks to address a critical safety defect. Safety Concerns & Demand for Replacement As a father [XXX], I no longer feel safe operating this vehicle. The integrity of the safety modules has been compromised, and my confidence in this specific car is completely shattered. Repairing a bumper does not fix a failed safety system that could have caused a much more serious accident. And when I provide all of this evidence to BMW North America they Lay to me and asked me to take my vehicle without resolving the problem and the doesn’t care about my family safety INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

I was trying to park my car on March 11, 2023 at noon, and I noticed a sudden uncontrolled acceleration even when my foot was off the accelerator pedal. Parking collision front sensors failed to provide an early warning, and automatic emergency brake did not engage leading to a minor collision with the vehicle parked in front. The situation occurred so rapidly that I did not have enough time to react quickly and apply brakes. I managed to apply brakes to avoid a serious incident, but it was not quick enough to even avoid this minor collision. I have reported this to BMW USA, however the car has not been inspected by a dealer or an independent service center after the incident. There were no warnings displayed prior to this incident, however I have had consistent issues pertaining to the operation of front sensors. I had BMW certified dealer inspect front sensors, and according to them the sensors do not provide an early warning as per the design but they have adjusted the sensitivity. The adjustment did not improve the situation, and I provided that feedback to the service center as well. The sensors did fail at twice prior to this incident, and the dealer inspected that as part of sensor sensitivity adjustment. I drove this vehicle to the BMW certified dealer more than twice to have the front sensors and other things inspected prior to this incident. Nevertheless, this uncontrolled acceleration is something that I have never experienced before, and I am traumatized to even drive this vehicle comfortably. All the automated systems designed to prevent or avoid collision did not engage leading me to not trust anything.

Government / agencyIndexed Oct 9, 2026Source-linkedVerify source — NHTSA complaint #11758988

Description of the Complaint: I own a 2022 BMW X5 (VIN: [XXX], current mileage: approximately 39,500 miles as of 08/24/2026) equipped with the B58TU engine, which uses a plastic oil pump (part number 11418646454) rather than a metal one. I have not yet experienced an actual failure, but I am reporting this as a precautionary safety concern based on the following: 1. On BMW's official parts reference site (RealOEM.com), the oil pump for my specific vehicle is flagged with an "Attention! Observe PuMA measure 65494813" notice, indicating BMW's own internal system has identified a known issue requiring special observation for this part. 2. I have learned that BMW Korea has acknowledged this plastic oil pump issue following a government investigation, and has committed to a full free repair program for affected vehicles in Korea. 3. I am aware of multiple reports and complaints from other B58TU engine owners in the United States regarding this same plastic oil pump issue. 4. Given that the oil pump is a critical component for engine lubrication, a failure of this part while driving — particularly during highway or long-distance travel — could pose a serious safety risk, including sudden loss of engine oil pressure and potential engine seizure at speed. I am filing this report to bring this issue to NHTSA's attention before an actual failure occurs, and to request that this be considered as part of any pattern analysis regarding B58TU engine oil pump defects in the United States. - **Year:** 2022 - **Make:** BMW - **Model:** X5 - **VIN:** [XXX] - **Mileage:** 39,500 - **Component:** Engine and Engine Cooling (or "Engine Oil System" if listed separately) - **Attachments:** RealOEM.com INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)

The active and passive safety systems would disable themselves and I would get the following errors from the vehicle. 1. Rear Differential lock 2. Four-wheel drive system 3. Chassis stabilization 4. Drivetrain malfunction 5. Reduced driver assistance 6. Traction control reduced or off 7. Dynamic stability control 8. Dynamic traction control When these errors came up on the multimedia screen it would say that it was ok to continue to drive and to call and make a service appointment, no need for BMW roadside assistance. The following systems would be affected or turned off automatically. 1. Lane keep/lane departure assist 2. Blind spot monitoring 3. Cruise control 4. Forward collision warning/braking 5. Pedestrian warning/mitigation 6. Auto hold 7. Auto high beam assistant 8. Remote start 9. Side collision avoidance 10. Intelligent safety 11. Drive recorder 12. Back-up assistance 13. Auto park assistance 14. Active protection 15. Dynamic stability control 16. Dynamic traction control 17. Hill descent control 18. Speed limit information 19. Speed limit assistance 20. Park distance control 21. Cross traffic warning The warnings for these systems could come on right after starting the vehicle or anytime you are driving. What happens when the above systems are not working properly is the car can and will cut the throttle, that can be a temporary event or during the entire drive. It has happened to me where the throttle pedal and throttle response was working as normal then getting onto the freeway the systems went crazy and the gas pedal stopped working. So either the car comes to a stop or you stop the car. When stopped you have to put the vehicle in park, turn it off, turn it back on and put into drive and hope this resolves the issue so you can continue to drive. Sometimes it works and everything will be fine the rest of the drive, other times it doesn’t.

Fuel system failure

FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM

The electric A/C compressor on my 2022 BMW X5 xDrive45e (VIN [XXX] ) failed internally at approximately 59,000 miles, causing metal debris to circulate throughout the refrigerant system. The failed compressor and contaminated components are at BMW of Sterling (Sterling, VA) and available for inspection. This is a safety concern because the A/C refrigerant circuit provides thermal management for the high-voltage hybrid battery. BMW of Sterling's service advisor confirmed in writing that the A/C system is "a critical component of your vehicle's HV system," that there is no independent backup cooling system, and that the failure "can cause potential high voltage battery failures." Without active cooling, the HV battery is at risk of overheating, which could result in a thermal event. The failure was diagnosed and confirmed by BMW of Sterling. They categorized the repair as "EHV: FULLY ELECTRIC OR HYBRID VEHICLE DRIVETRAIN DIAGNOSTICS" with the complaint "HIGH VOLTAGE SYSTEM ERROR." The repair estimate is $11,356.59 and requires replacement of the compressor, condenser, all expansion valves, and a double system flush. BMW Service Information Bulletin SI B64 09 21 documents this exact failure pattern for the G05 X5 xDrive45e, and BMW created a dedicated repair kit (part 64 50 5 A5B 590) for it. This is my second major HV component failure. A battery cell replacement was performed under warranty in 2025. Both failures were confirmed by the dealership to be component defects unrelated to owner use. Prior to complete failure, a fan noise was present in the front driver's area for a period of time before it stopped, consistent with the compressor degrading before failing entirely. A high voltage system error was displayed. BMW NA (case #XXX) has declined warranty coverage despite the vehicle being within the 8-year/80,000-mile HV battery warranty. I purchased a 2022 BMW X5 on AUG 29th as a birthday gift to myself and never imagined that less than three months later, I would have a near mishap that could have ended my life and others nearby. On Nov 26th, as I was driving my vehicle, I received a notification not to proceed driving and to pull over because the system noticed a brake system malfunction. At that moment, I proceeded with caution to a safe location and the breaks begin to resist below my feet. I immediately called roadside assistance to send a tow truck. Afterward, I phoned BMW Honolulu to make them aware of my situation and asked for a loaner vehicle and was told I would not be able to get one. However, after stressing how important I needed one, I was given a BMW 340i series below the standards of my purchase. I was briefed that my brake booster needed to be replaced. Receiving this information caused me to lose confidence in the vehicle and the company's ability to provide me with a safe and secure product. To add, I was mentally affected given the critical severity this issue could have caused me, my family, and others. I scheduled a meeting with sales manager Wallace Ma at Bavarian Motoren Works Honolulu on Thursday, Dec 1st to make him aware of my intentions to involve the corporate office so I could give him an opportunity to make things right within the scope of his position. During our meeting, I stressed how important it was that I am given a new vehicle mimicking the same features while duplicating my initial agreement. On Dec 2nd Mr. Ma contacted me via phone to let me know he'll move forward with handling the issue locally in the dealership to avoid long delays and processes with corporate. On Dec 3rd, we agreed on the 2023 BMW X5 that mimicked my initial vehicle. However, once again, BMW failed and the new vehicle did not have all the same features. On Dec 21st, I contacted corporate and spoke with Destiny who informed me that corporate could not do anything.

My 2022 BMW X5 is having the transfer case star to fail. Where the symptoms currently are at is the car has a shudder in certain situations. I can feel it when maneuvering at slow speeds and I can feel it at times at speed or when on a steep hill. I bought the extended warranty for the car and the maintenance package for the vehicle. I'm at 68k miles and the shudder started before that but I am still covered under extended warranty. I have had all maintenance done on the vehicle at the local BMW dealership including all tire needs and have always replaced tires as necessary and number of tires at a time they suggest. When I took it in as the vehicle is reporting needing brakes 2 weeks ago, I mentioned the shudder and asked about tire tread on the 2 front tires. They came back with that the tires were fine in spec with the back 2 but that shudder is the transfer case. The dealer also then mentioned a couple things: - They now recommend changing the fluid in the transfer case by 60k miles due to amount of failures they are seeing (my X5 was in the dealership multiple times before an after 60k and it was never recommended). - that since it is not in the recommended maintenance for the xdrive4.0i that the car would not alert to have it changed and therefore BMW would not cover changing the fluid under the UltimateCare (service maintenance plan they sold me). That the transfer case was meant to be a for life fluid. - I asked what happens next if the fluid is not changed, that it will continue to degrade and once it fully gives out the vehicle will become inoperable - I asked does the fluid change save the transfercase and they said it seems to help many vehicles and the shudder disappears but for some it does not. - I then asked would the BMW Extended Warranty purchased cover it if it fully failed or the fluid change did not solve the shudder and I was told maybe fully, partially or not at all. Ext Warranty brochure says it is covered at platinum level I hav

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding serious and repeated safety-related failures with my 2022 BMW X5 xDrive45e, VIN [XXX] . I purchased this vehicle in 2022 through a custom build, at a purchase price exceeding $80,000, with the expectation of reliability, safety, and premium quality consistent with the BMW brand. In October 2025, while my wife was driving with my son in the vehicle, the hybrid component safety box failed without warning, causing the vehicle to stall on the roadway. This created a dangerous situation for my family. The vehicle was towed to the dealership, repaired, and returned to me on November 4, 2025. Unfortunately, on February 3, 2026, a second serious incident occurred. After my wife picked up my son from school, the vehicle began jerking violently while driving, and a strong sulphur-like odor entered the cabin. Fearing for their safety, she immediately stopped driving. The vehicle was again towed to BMW of Jackson. I was informed today by the service advisor that the failure is due to another hybrid-related component, specifically the EME Hybrid Inverter, and that BMW North America is declining to cover this repair under warranty. These repeated hybrid system failures are deeply concerning, particularly given that both incidents involved my wife and children and posed clear safety risks. As a result, both of my children are now fearful of riding in the vehicle, and this situation has caused significant emotional distress to my family. Given the nature of these failures, the vehicle’s purchase price, and BMW’s emphasis on safety and engineering excellence, I find it unacceptable that a critical hybrid component failure would not be covered under warranty—especially following a prior hybrid system failure less than four months earlier. I am requesting that BMW North America review this matter promptly and provide a reasonable resolution, including warranty coverage for the EME Hybrid Inverter repair. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUA
